Healthy Families Everywhere Fund (HFEF): 

The Healthy Americas Foundation has launched the Healthy Families Everywhere Fund (HFEF), a $100 million effort designed to address pressing needs and foster transformative change in the lives of Hispanic families.

Launched in May 2021 with $1 million from Centene and bolstered by a $5 million leadership gift, the Fund has already begun creating meaningful change. With your partnership, we can build on this momentum and build a healthier future for all.

The Vision

The Healthy Families Everywhere Fund offers a bold plan to create tangible solutions that will uplift families and strengthen community organizations through:

​

1. Community-Based Support Grants ($20 million) will enable leading CBOs to hire and train community health navigators (promotores) who work directly with families.

2. Policy and Resource Tracking ($5 million) to monitor and advocate for allocation of resources at the national, state, and local levels, ensuring the greatest impact of available resources and that all families have the support they deserve.

3. Investing in Innovation ($75 million) will address inefficiencies and improve systems to better serve Hispanic families. These investments will bring forth solutions that are culturally relevant and effective in closing service gaps.
